All three of Florida Georgia Line’s albums have been produced by Joey Moi, and while some artists like to mix things up and try out new producers from time to time, Tyler Hubbard says, “For BK and I, Joey has just always been the guy that gets it, the guy that understands what we’re trying to do, the guy that can bring our sound to life, the guy that gets our vision. And honestly, Joey helped create FGL and the sound in the first place and we’ve always said we’ll never let anybody else touch our music.”

FGL and Joey have built a trust and an understanding and Tyler says, “We know how Joey works. He knows how we work. We really have that connection in and out of the studio so that’s a special thing and there’s just no reason to change that up. We’ve always worked well with him and always will.”

So far the Joey Moi produced album, Dig Your Roots, has produced three #1 songs and they just released their fourth single off the album, “Smooth.”
