(AUDIO) Florida Georgia Line Says ANYTHING GOES Was Both A Title and A Mindset

“Anything Goes” is Florida Georgia Line’s latest single, and it’s the title track of their current album. Brian Kelley says, “That was a song that we put on hold right as soon as ‘Here’s To The Good Times’, we released that, and that did set the tone thematically and sonically. It’s a song that pushes boundaries lyrically, and we just knew it was somethin’ special, somethin’ different.”

When FGL was recording their latest album, “Anything Goes” became somewhat of a mantra. Brian says, “I think, for us, gettin’ back in the writing room and continue to push boundaries, we said once again there’s no rules when we’re writing, and that’s something that we kinda stuck by.”

The guys are currently working on their third album, and they say the fact that they’re both married now and are settling down, it will definitely be reflected in their writing and the songs they choose to record. They promise to go deeper on the new project.
