(AUDIO) Florida Georgia Line Went From Dreaming About Music Row To Being Part of the Family

It wasn’t long ago that Tyler and Brian of Florida Georgia Line were students at Belmont University in Nashville dreaming of making it big one day in the music business.  Tyler says, “I remember looking at that on Music Row and thinking, ‘Man, I wonder how you get in those publishing houses?  How do you start in the music industry?’  They obviously figured it out, but Tyler says, “It’s funny, there’s not really an equation to it.  We did a lot of networking at Belmont and met a lot of cool people and things just really started rolling.”  He and Brian are both incredibly grateful for their success, with their first three singles going to number one for multiple weeks, and their latest single, “Stay,” already making its climb toward the top of the chart and Tyler says, “To be where we are at now, it’s truly a dream come true.  It’s something that we’ve thought about for years.  To be here is really surreal and pretty wild.  It feels like home now, feels like family and it feels like this is where we’re supposed to be so it’s cool.”
