Florida Georgia Line has been working on their fifth studio album, which they’ll release later this year, and while the focus is never to outdo what they’ve already done, the guys do want to make sure that they’re always growing and evolving while staying true to what their fans have come to expect. “I think we just stick to what we’ve always done,” says Tyler Hubbard. “Keep our head down, work hard and try to record the best music and write the best music that we possibly can in that stage of life, whatever stage we’re at.”
Brian and Tyler believe reflecting their own lives in their current music is the best way to stay true to who they are, and it’s the best way for their fans to connect to them. “I think with each album it kind of describes who we are at that time and what we’re into and what we’re doing,” says Tyler. “And we just try not to put too much pressure on ourself and just kind of approach it the same way and give it our best effort, 110%, and it’s gonna work out.”
So far that approach has worked out quite nicely for FGL, who are climbing the charts with their latest single, “Blessings,” while they continue to work on their fifth studio album, which they plan to release later this year.

And we just try not to put too much pressure on ourself and just kind of approach it the same way and give it our best effort, 110%, and it’s gonna work out.”
