(AUDIO) FOR JUSTIN MOORE, GIVING HIS FANS THE BEST VERSION OF HIMSELF MEANS GIVING THEM TRADITIONAL COUNTRY MUSIC

CURRENT SINGLE: “With a Woman You Love”

This week marks the third anniversary of Justin Moore’s Late Nights and Longnecks album, which featured his #1 songs, “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home” and “Why We Drink.”  After stretching his comfort zone a little with songs like “Somebody Else Will,” on his Kinda Don’t Care album, Late Nights and Longnecks was a return to straight down the middle, traditional country music for Justin, and he says, “What I do best and what I enjoy doing most is really traditional country. And that’s not to slight any other style of country, cause I like it all, but that’s just my favorite and what I do best. And I think my fans deserve for me to give them the very best of me.”

Plus, at this stage in his career, Justin has no desire to reinvent himself musically.  He says, “I think the longer you do this and the more success you have – it’s clear now that God is gonna allow me not to ever have to get a real job – I think you just get more comfortable and you go, ‘You know what? I’m just gonna do what I wanna do, and if it’s hugely successful, great. And if it’s not, I’m still going to enjoy doing it.’”

When making Late Nights and Longnecks, Justin says, “That’s the mentality I took into this album, was do exactly what I wanna do. And I’m not sayin’ there won’t be things in the future where we do some different stuff, but for now I’m havin’ a blast gettin’ back to my roots, so to speak.”

Justin stuck with that mentality with his last album, Straight Outta the Country, and his current
