One way to measure a concert’s success is by how much merchandise is sold. And when it comes to Hank Jr. – fans want to go home with a souvenir (or 2.) And it’s not unusual for him to sell 6 figures worth in one night. That’s a lot of hats and t-shirts!
One employee that’s been selling his merchandise for 3 decades is still occasionally surprised at the numbers, even in the smallest of towns. The former Entertainer of The Year recalls their conversation about a show in a small area in Northern California.
