On Wednesday night, (Nov. 4) millions of Hank Jr. fans are gonna roar when they see him open the CMA Awards Show on ABC television. He’ll debut his new single, “Are You Ready For The Country,” and Eric Church will join him.
Bocephus recalled first hearing about Eric and said, “He was opening shows for me 6 or 8 years ago and they told me, this guy’s for real…and they were right.”
Their friendship really fired up after Hank took Eric out in the country searching for Civil War artifacts with a metal detector…

Hank Williams Jr. will be opening the CMA Awards on Wednesday night (11/4) in Nashville with a performance with Eric Church of their new radio single a remake of “Are You Ready For the Country.” The song will be available for download that same night.
