During his social distancing time, due to the coronavirus, Riley Green has been getting outdoors, doing some turkey hunting and other activities he enjoys. One thing Riley loves doing is fishing. He enjoys all types of fishing, but he says, “I live just down the road from Center, Alabama, which is the crappie capital of the world, or so they say. And my granddaddy loves crappie fishing. Of course, they’re great fish to eat, too. And we bass fish a good bit.”
Besides crappie and bass fishing, Riley loves the beach, especially if he’s out in the water on a boat, so deep sea fishing is also a favorite of his. In fact, he says, “I could live at the beach, and I could get in a boat and just ride around every day and not even fish. But just getting out in the ocean and that thought of not knowing what you’re gonna catch, that’s always exciting to me. But, like I said, it’s more of a being outside thing than it is a fishin’ or catchin’ or huntin’ or anything else.”
