With Riley Green, what you hear is what you get.  If you want to know what kind of a person he is, he says, “It’s pretty easy to tell what kind of guy I am because that’s the kind of songs I write and I sing and that’s the kind of people who are at my shows.”

For those who have only heard Riley’s debut single, “There Was This Girl,” he offers, “I’m a big hunter. I enjoy working outside. I always enjoyed framing houses. It’s lot more fun now that I don’t have to do it.”

Whenever he gets off the road, spending time catching up with his family is a big priority for Riley.  He also says, “I always enjoyed sports. I still like watching sports. Love music. Only thing I don’t like about playing as many shows as I do is that I don’t get to go watch some.”

“The best way I can describe myself is just going to be kind of things that I enjoy and how I like to spend my time. You know, it comes out in my songs.
