DEBUT SINGLE – “Don’t Come Lookin’”
Jackson Dean’s song, “Don’t Come Lookin’” was inspired by him telling his mom when he was younger, and he would disappear into the woods near his house, not to come lookin’ for him if he didn’t come home because it meant he didn’t want to be found. But what is he got lost or couldn’t find his way out of the woods? Jackson doesn’t think that’s something that will ever be a problem for him. “The sun sets in the west, rises in the east, moss gross in the north. As long as you’ve got your compass I think you’ll be all right, you know.”
Jackson doesn’t think there will ever be a need to send in a search & rescue team to help him find his way out of the woods, because he says, “Pretty much know I’m goin’ that general direction and I’ll come upon it sometime or another.”
