#1 SINGLE – “Don’t Come Lookin’”
Jackson Dean is celebrating his debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’,” becoming his first #1 song, and he’s getting ready to join Hardy for eight sold-out club dates on the Wall to Wall Tour. Not only is Jackson excited to be playing some smaller venues than he played this year, opening for people like Lee Brice and Brooke & Dunn, but he loves the fact that Hardy will be playing some of the music from his forthcoming half country/half hard rock double album, because Jackson thinks his music will be a great fit with that vibe.
Jackson Dean – touring with Hardy :47
“It’s gonna be a different thing than what we’ve been doing for the past year, which has been arenas and outdoor sheds and amphitheaters. We had a great year out there, but now we’re gonna take that show, and a little bit more of what we do and put it in a club, and be able to feel their breath on us, and have ‘em right on top of us, and really see the whites of their eyes, which is gonna be so much fun. And the fact that he’s doing that heavier stuff right now, we’re pretty heavy when we play live. We’re four dudes where we’ve gotta do the jobs of two people. Like my bass player’s doing synth and playing bass. And Brandon’s playing lead guitar and rhythm and singin’, and Sean, all of his extremities are goin’, and we just make as much noise as possible. So, I think it’s gonna be a really good fit and I’m gonna go head bang and blow some speakers, and have a good time.”
The Wall to Wall Tour will run from December 1 – 17. Then Jackson will take some time off for the holidays before joining Blake Shelton and Carly Pearce on Blake’s Back to the Honky Tonk Tour in February.
