Jennifer Nettles made her Broadway debut as Roxy Hart in the Tony Award Winning musical, Chicago, and if the right opportunity comes along she would definitely love to return to Broadway in the future. Jennifer says, “That whole experience was transformative for me. It was so fun. I loved it. I had a ball and would love to do more of it. I’m putting it out there. I have put it out there. I’m stirring the pots and fanning the fires.”
For now Jennifer is beyond busy promoting her latest solo album, Playing with Fire, featuring her current single, “Hey Heartbreak,” plus her new Christmas album, To Celebrate Christmas, which was just released last Friday. She’s also preparing to host CMA Country Christmas, which will be filmed in Nashville on November 8th and will air on ABC on November 28th, and she’ll be starring in Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love, November 30th on NBC.
