Justin Moore and his wife Kate have four kids, Ella, Kennedy, Klein and South, ranging in age from eight years to almost nine months, and when it comes to disciplining them, Justin admits, “Kate is on them more frequently than I am. I think that’s partly because she’s always here and I’m gone so I’m a little more lax.”
However, as laid back as Justin is, there’s a line and when his kids cross it dad does not play around. Justin says, “It takes a while for me to really get upset with them. But when I do they know it’s not good because I’ll whip ‘em with the belt and no TV, no this no that. And so it takes a while for me to get to that point, but when I do, I’m done. So I’m pretty easy to get along with for the most part but they know if I raise my voice they know uh-oh …. It’s like hearing your middle name, you know.”
Justin is currently climbing the charts with his latest single, “Kinda Don’t Care,” and he’s out on his Hell On A Highway Tour, so chances are he’s not having to discipline his kids too much these days, since he’s out on the road a lot.
