Justin Moore’s record label president once referred to him as a redneck rock star, which Justin found flattering, but he said, “I think it would be a little boastful for me to think of myself that way.” At the same time he says, “I think you have to have an attitude and you have to be confident to go do what we do for a living. I feel like we go out and put on a great show, my band included. But I don’t know if I’m gonna call myself a rock star in any fashion.” Justin has been known to have a good time on stage, even catching a beer that someone threw toward the stage and chugging it. He says that’s just all part of the job. “We do whatever it takes to make people scream and make ‘em come back next time.”
