CURRENT SINGLE: “With a Woman You Love”
Things have gotten back to normal for Justin Moore and a lot of artists who are back out on tour and back to their normal schedule after spending an extended amount of time at home during the pandemic. When we asked Justin if he developed a greater appreciation for his wife, Kate, and how she manages to keep the house going and take care of their four kids, her own children’s clothing boutique and all of their animals while he’s gone, he admitted, “Look, if you gave any husband truth serum, I think that we would all say that we don’t appreciate our wives as much as we should. I certainly fall into that category. I mean, I knew how great she was. I knew how wonderful she was, and I knew she did a ton for our family. And she’s really the glue that kinda holds it all together, especially with my ‘normal’ schedule. But seein’ it firsthand, day-to-day, it’s pretty amazing.”
Justin got a taste of how hard it is to keep all the plates spinning when he’s away from home, and he says, his wife, “She’s the real star, if you will, of our family. And I would say that for any spouse – husband, wife, whatever – that deals with a husband or a wife or whatever that goes and does what I do. They’re the real rock star, that’s for sure. You know, we get to go out there and have a good time and play music and do what we love, and they hold it down at the house, for sure.”
Perhaps that’s why Justin is happy to do all the things with Kate – the stuff he wouldn’t otherwise choose to do on his own – that he sings about in his latest song “With A Woman You Love.”
