Justin Moore just celebrated the ten-year anniversary of the released of his self-titled album, and 2019 also marks the 12-year anniversary of Justin signing his record deal with The Valory Music Co. When he thinks about where he is and how far he’s come, Justin says, “It’s exciting to still be around, much less be enjoying the success that we’ve been continuing to enjoy over the years. Ten years is a huge milestone from album one to now.”
Justin also knows that having a career in country music that has lasted a decade so far, is a rarity. He says, “We come out with a group of artists, the class of whatever (2009), and unfortunately I don’t see a whole lot of those guys any longer, and gals. And it truly makes me feel even more blessed.”
The last dozen years certainly haven’t always been perfect for Justin, and he says, “Certainly there have been ups and downs over the years. But to have the opportunity to still be making music and making a living doing it is emotional. It’s exciting. I feel so fortunate and it’s certainly a blessing.”
Justin’s 12th anniversary since signing his record deal was made even sweeter when his song, “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home” topped the country singles charts just last week.
