(AUDIO) Justin Moore Recalls His Not So Great Jobs Before Music Came Along

Fortunately Justin Moore has what he considers the greatest job on the planet, but he remembers some of the odd jobs he had growing up. Justin recalls getting his first job when he was around 15 or 16. He says, “My Mom and Dad never made me get a job, but if I wanted to have spendin’ money and extra stuff to go do with my friends, then they said, ‘Well, you gotta go get a job to do that’, but they never made me pay for insurance and that kinda stuff.”

Justin got his spending money by working in a restaurant his mom and dad owned. He says, “I waited tables there, which you don’t make much, just mostly tips. The other job where I made pretty good at the time, like 10 bucks an hour, I roofed houses with my uncle.”
Justin is kicking off 2015 with his latest single, “This Kind of Town,” climbing the charts, and on January 15th he’ll join Miranda Lambert for her Certified Platinum Tour.
