Lady A is no stranger to the ACM Awards Vocal Group of the Year category, having been nominated 11 times and won three times. They’re always grateful to be nominated, because Hillary Scott says, “We are in such incredible company. This category is just, dare I say, one of the most competitive. And also, they’re some of the most incredibly kind, closest friends in the industry. And so, it’s always really, really special to be included.”
Plus, the ACM Awards will always be special to Lady A. “It’s the first award we ever won, was an ACM,” explains Hillary. “And so this show and just how incredible they’ve been to us over the years, we’re just very grateful to always be included.”
