CURRENT SINGLE: “What A Song Can Do”
Memorial Day is often called the unofficial kickoff of summer, and one of the things Lady A enjoys doing in the summer is firing up the grill. If Charles, Hillary and Dave were going to host a cookout, Charles would definitely help man the grill, and he says, “I like ribeye steaks. That’s kind of my thing. My boy is obsessed with ribeyes, too. So, I’d probably throw on some ribeyes.”
For Dave Haywood’s contribution to the cookout, he says, “I love doing wings, a bunch of different like flavors of wings on the grill. Gotta have some good drinks – some beers, some bourbon, maybe some margaritas for Hillary.”
To which Hillary Scott says, “You know me well.”
And for anyone who would like more than just meat at the Lady A cookout, they’re in luck, because Hillary says, “I’m a side dish gal. I’d probably make a handful of side dishes.”
She was thinking things like coleslaw and potato salad, but Charles having flashbacks to the grossest side dish he’s ever been subjected to, he says, “As long as you don’t bring ambrosia, we’re good.”
