CURRENT SINGLE: “Like A Lady”
There are a lot of things that Lady A’s Charles Kelley loves about their latest single, “Like A Lady,” but he says, “What I love about it is no one can ever say that Dave and I don’t support female empowerment.”
Hillary agrees, because both Charles and Dave repeatedly sing, “Cause I feel like a lady!” in the harmonies, and Hillary agrees that they are showing total support for her and all women, “to the core.”
All joking aside, Charles says, “We really think this is just such a great message,” and as an added bonus, he says, “It’s already like my wife’s favorite song that we’ve ever put out. So, that’s a good thing.”
Dave Haywood agrees and jokes that recording songs their wives love and support is “what matters, really.”
“Like A Lady” is the first single off of Lady A’s new collection, What A Song Can Do (Chapter One), which will be available this Friday.
