“Shut Up and Fish” is the third single Maddie & Tae have released off their debut album, Start Here, and they love being able to show their fans their different musical sides through their singles. While “Shut Up and Fish” is a pretty fun song, there are definitely some serious songs on the album, and honest songs that share emotions they’ve experienced in their lives, and Tae Dye says, “One of the things that I hope people hear, and learn, from listening to our album is that you are not alone in whatever you are going through, I promise. We have been there, a lot of people have been there, and we hope that when you listen to these songs you find yourself in them, and you find your story, and you find healing, or you just have a good laugh.”
Start Here also features Maddie & Tae’s first two single, “Girl In A Country Song” and “Fly.”
