Maddie & Tae love the outdoors and love to go fishing, but unfortunately their schedules haven’t allowed much time for it. Some artists take poles on the road and check out a local fishing spot when they have down time on tour, but Maddie says, “We just don’t have time anymore, so we kind of have to, like on our off time is really whenever we get to go do fishing and hunting, and stuff like that. But, it’s just tough ‘cause like, you know, on the road you’re there for a job and all those things and so we’re like we wanna focus on the show and make sure it’s great.”
This summer they’ll be on the road with Brad Paisley, who also loves to fish, so they’re hoping they might find some time on his tour to go fishing. Maddie says, “We’re gonna try to maybe have an extra day to go deep sea fishing ‘cause that’s Tae’s favorite.”
Maddie & Tae just helped Brad kick off his tour last week, and they just released their brand new single, “Sierra.”

Maddie – “But you just never know. When you’re on the road it’s kind a throw and go. So, it’s kind a last minute. But, on our off time that’s probably what we’re doing.”
