(AUDIO) PAYTON SMITH CONSIDERS HIS MOM TO BE A SAINT

Payton Smith is the oldest of four boys in his family, so when he thinks about his mom and all she had to put up with, he says, “She was a saint.  I mean, that’s the word I would use to describe her.  I mean, you know, we were all home schooled, and she put up with so much distraction and music and loud noises.”

Fortunately, Payton and his brothers were never big trouble makers or little hellions, Payton knows even under the best of circumstances, “It’s not easy to raise four boys.  I’m sure it wasn’t easy on her, but she made it look effortless.”

These days, Payton’s mom and his whole family are his biggest cheerleaders when it comes to his music career, and they’re excited for Payton to have his debut single, “Like I Knew You Would,” at radio.
