(AUDIO) Rascal Flatts Hope To Leave A Legacy of Giving Back

Rascal Flatts has had a very successful career so far, selling millions of albums, racking up numerous #1 songs and selling over seven million concert tickets, but when it’s all said and done they hope to be remembered for something much bigger. Jay DeMarcus says, “I hope that people look back and say, even though Rascal Flatts was blessed with a very good career, we tried to give back as much as we could and we made the world a little better place by our contributions with the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.”

Rascal Flatts has raised millions of dollars for the Children’s Hospital, and four years ago the Rascal Flatts Pediatric Surgery Center was opened at the hospital and Jay says, “That’s one of the things I’m most proud of, is the Rascal Flatts surgery center over there, and I think it’ll be a legacy that lives on long after we leave this planet.”
