Rascal Flatts will be returning to Las Vegas for another series of shows at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The Joint is much smaller than the venues Rascal Flatts is used to playing, but Joe Don Rooney says, “I love the intimate setting, we all three do, and there’s only a certain amount of tickets per night. You know, it is more intimate. It’s a really different way to see ‘Flatts’. If you seen us in the last eight years, you won’t see us like you’ll see us in Vegas, and that’s a really cool thing about it.”
Joe Don also loves that Las Vegas is becoming a real destination for country fans, with several artists currently or previously playing residencies there, including Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Reba and Brooks & Dunn, George Strait and more. He says, “I think Country music’s kickin’ butt right now out there and I think everybody’s finally taking note of that. But, we’re excited about the smaller venue and the intimate setting and playin’ our Rascal Flatts music for the fans.”
Rascal Flatts will return to The Joint February 17 – March 5. While their set list in the smaller venue is different than their arena shows, they’ll definitely be playing many of their hits and most likely their latest single, “I Like the Sound of That.”

Rascal Flatts – playing The Joint :41
Joe Don Rooney – “I love the intimate setting, we all three do, and there’s only a certain amount of tickets per night. You know, it is more intimate. It’s a really different way to see ‘Flatts’. If you seen us in the last eight years, you won’t see us like you’ll see us in Vegas, and that’s a really cool thing about it. I love the fact that the ‘Hard Rock’ called us. For the first Country artist to be at the joint, says a lot about what they think about Rascal Flatts, and also what they think about Country music in general. I think Country music’s kickin’ butt right now out there and I think everybody’s finally taking note of that. But, we’re excited about the smaller venue and the intimate setting and playin’ our Rascal Flatts music for the fans.”
