Rascal Flatts’ latest single, “Back to Life,” is a tribute to the women in their lives who love them, who pick them up when they’re down and re-energize them when they’re running out of steam, but the guys love hearing different perspectives on the song from their fans. Case in point, Gary LeVox says, “At meet and greet last night, [a guy] said, ‘Your song ‘Back to Life,’ I just have to tell you this real quick. But you know, I know it was about your wives and your significant other and all that, but I was diagnosed with cancer in October. And I just listened to your music and I listened to that song’ and literally he said, ‘I’m cancer free now. But that song truly brought me back to life’.”
