CURRENT SINGLE: “How They Remember You”
Thanksgiving is going to look a lot different for a lot of people this year because of Covid-19. Many families are opting not to get together, which will be disappointing for some, but Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts points out the silver lining of the pandemic. “You know what’s gonna be great is we’re all gonna be thankful we don’t have to let those annoying family members in our houses because of social distancing.”
And that’s not all. If you have a relative who always brings a weird dish to Thanksgiving, you can didge that bullet this year, too. We don’t know who Jay is talking to, but for his relatives who won’t be coming to his house for Thanksgiving, he says, “And you can keep that nasty-ass green Jell-o at your house. No one eats it anyway. I’m sorry, we’re social distancing.”
So, if you won’t be spending Thanksgiving with your family this year, perhaps, like Jay, you can find the silver lining.
