Reba at the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Yes, the global superstar was in Italy to help support Celebrity Fight Night, but managed to get in some sightseeing as well. The 5 day charity event raised 12.5 million dollars! That’s enough to build 2 schools for over 2,500 children in Haiti…with lots left over.
Other celebrities in attendance included George Clooney, Sharon Stone, Ronnie Dunn, Lionel Richie, and The Band Perry. One of the highlights had to be when Reba was honored for her charitable work and received the prestigious Andrea Bocelli Humanitarian Award on stage.
Earlier she had walked the red carpet in Florence with one of her best friends, actress Melissa Peterman. She commented on their recent television work together and longtime friendship…

Andrea Bocelli Foundation is aimed at supporting those living in poverty or overcoming barriers caused by illness and disability. And the Mahammad Ali Parkinson Center is a National Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence and a resource for people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. The Center was established in 1997 by Muhammad Ali.
