Ronnie Dunn’s new album, Tattooed Heart, was produced by Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts and Ronnie says his working relationship with Jay in the studio was a first. “I’ve never sat back and just let someone go with a record any more than I did with Jay on this one,” he explains. “I mean I’m kind of known as a control freak. Every artist wants it to be perfect and everything that Jay would do and put down and work with was just right on point. I’m so proud of him and so proud of what he did and love the record as a result. I really owe a lot to Jay on this one.”
You’ll be able to hear how Ronnie and Jay’s trusting relationship paid off when he releases Tattooed Heart on November 11th, featuring his latest single, “Damn Drunk.”
