DEBUT SINGLE: “How It Oughta Be” (going for adds 9/19)
Shane Profitt is just a good ‘ol country boy from Columbia, TN, who worked a blue collar job for the city and spent his free time huntin’ and fishin’, before he landed his record deal and released his first collection of songs, including his future radio single, “How it Oughta Be,” last week. Ever since then, he’s been experiencing a lot of new things, including photo shoots and on-camera interviews, with people doing his hair and make-up and helping him pick out clothes. It took a little getting used to, but now Shane is learning to appreciate the glam that is a necessary part of his job.
Shane Profitt – glam of job :26
“There’s so many different things that go into being an artist, and I’m very fortunate to be where I’m at. And it’s one of those things that kinda comes with the job. At first I was kinda skeptical about puttin’ make up on, but luckily Big Machine’s great and if I don’t absolutely want to do something, they don’t make me. So, it’s never a bad thing when somebody wants to do somethin’ for you, so even if it is somebody puttin’ on make up for you, you just smile and go with it.”
