Sheryl Crow just released a new collaboration with Stevie Nicks and Maren Morris called “Prove You Wrong.” This song will appear on Sheryl‘s upcoming album, Threads, and she explains how she got Stevie and Maren on the song. “Well, I wrote ‘Prove You Wrong,’ actually with Al Anderson, and I just thought, gosh this would be a great song for Stevie and I to do. So I sent it to her, and she loved it. And then we were like, you know what, we wonder if we could get Maren to be on it. And I’d gotten to know Maren a little bit, was a big fan of her music. And we sent it to her and she loved it so she came over and recorded.”
Sheryl‘s new album, Threads, will be released on August 30th and will feature collaborations with an all-star list of guests including Eric Clapton, Chris Stapleton, Joe Walsh, Keith Richards and more.
