As kids it always seemed great to get lots of presents for Christmas, but Kimberly of The Band Perry says, “I think that we in the Family Perry learned something when we were very young that has served us very true over the years, and that was, if all three of us pool our money together, then we can get our parents something bigger and better.”
She and her brothers, Neil and Reid have come to value quality over quantity when it comes to gifts, and Kimberly laughs and says, “We love it when the other four members of the family, for me the boys and mom and dad, I like for them to pool their money and get me somethin’ bigger and better too.”
The Band Perry is currently climbing the charts with their remake of “Gentle on My Mind,” and they’re working on the follow-up to their Pioneer album, to release in 2015.

The Band Perry got some awesome news on Friday (12/5) when they learned of their GRAMMY nomination for their song “Gentle On My Mind” in the Best Country Duo / Group Performance category. The trio has a few shows this week as they play on Friday (12/12) in Bossier City, Louisiana at the Horseshoe Riverdome and Saturday (12/13) in Robinsonville, Mississippi at the Horseshoe Bluesville.
