The Cadillac Three definitely represents a different side of country music with their debut single, “The South,” but lead singer Jaren Johnston says, “What we do naturally, I think the way country music is shifting a bit, it’s kinda interesting to see how we fit in the mix of it, with your Brantley Gilbert, your Eric Church, more of those heavy… and a lot of Texas acts too.”
Drummer Neil Mason agrees and explains, “We’re kind of like the Indy version of all those bands. You know what I mean? Whatever that would be like.” And while they’re delivering their own version of country, Neil says, “I think that we’ve been really lucky that the Dierks and Erics are fans of what we do”
The Cadillac is currently in Europe on a 12-day tour with Eric Church, which will run through Wednesday, March 12th.
