The Cadillac Three have cultivated quite a large fan base in Europe, and Jaren Johnston believes one of the reasons is because of how the fans view them. He says, “They don’t have three longhaired kids who talk and walk and act like we do. You know? And when they see us kinda movin’ like…if you look at our band and you’re not from the states and you see us, we’re America. We are America, for lack of a better word. I’m just sayin’ we are. So, it’s like when we get over there and we start talkin’ about where we’re from, they don’t know about the south, they don’t know where it is, but they wanna be a part of that, and it’s very exciting.”
Besides being a version of America that the European fans love, The Cadillac Three’s music, like their current single, “White Lightning,” is also a big factor in their growing fan base overseas.
