When The Cadillac Three first got involved in Outnumber Hunger with Big Machine Label Group, General Mills and Feeding America, they were shocked by the statistics of hunger in America. “It’s terrifying to know that one in six, or one out of six, Americans are strugglin’ with hunger,” says lead singer Jaren Johnston.
They’re thankful there’s a program like Outnumber Hunger that allows people to get involved and do something about it. He says, “It’s awesome to know that to this day they’ve fed like 25 million people. You know what I mean? And it’s all goin’ on locally too, so you can actually affect your actual zip code. You type in that thing and it goes, it feeds five families right near you so you know that you did somethin’ for your local community, so it’s cool.”

The Cadillac Three played the Tortuga Music Festival over the weekend. Always touring, the guys have a show on Wednesday (4/15) in St. Charles, Missouri at Lindenwood University with buddy Lee Brice.
