Thomas Rhett just released his Tangled Up Deluxe album, and he’s excited to be able to give fans some new music while he works on his third studio album.  “I’ve never done a deluxe before, which is nice,” says Thomas.  “It’s kind of like a great bridge. I go through a phase in between records where I’m like, “Gosh, I’m bored. Can we please put more songs out?” So that’s what this deluxe did for us.”

The first single off the Deluxe package, “Star of the Show,” has skyrocketed up the charts.  Thomas says, “Star of the Show is one of those songs that I wrote right after I got married in 2012, so for that song to resurface and raise its hand as a single was pretty cool. So to hear it on the radio now after writing it so long ago is amazing.”

This week, Thomas kicks off a European tour that will take him to Ireland, the UK, Belgium and Netherlands.  Afterward, he and his wife Lauren will head to Africa for a celebratory vacation for his incredible year, which was topped off with his win for Single of the Year at the CMA Awards for “Die A Happy Man.”
