Tim McGraw just scored the 54th top ten of his career with his latest single, “Meanwhile Back at Mama’s.” While Tim keeps up with new music that’s on the radio he says if given the choice, “When I’m by myself I’m stuck in the 70’s, The Eagles and stuff like that.”
But he manages to keep up with all the latest music because he says, “Most the time I’m haulin’ a car load of teenage girls, either goin’ to cheerleader practice, Lacrosse practice or softball practice, and so I hear a lotta stuff that I probably would normally not hear.”
“Meanwhile Back at Mama’s” will be on Tim’s forthcoming album, Sundown Heaven Town, which will be released on September 16th.

Tim McGraw – listen to 70’s :18
“I listen to all kinds of music when I’m in my car. When I’m by myself I’m stuck in the 70’s, The Eagles and stuff like that, but most the time I’m haulin’ a car load of teenage girls, either goin’ to cheerleader practice, Lacrosse practice or softball practice, and so I hear a lotta stuff that I probably would normally not hear.”
