(AUDIO) TIM McGRAW HAS A FEW FAVORITE SONGS TO SING LIVE

latest #1 single: “ONE BAD HABIT

A couple of weeks ago, Tim McGraw revealed that there really isn’t a song of his that he is sick of singing live. He said there might be nights where his voice is a little tired and he’s leery of singing certain songs because he’s not sure if he’ll be able to hit the high notes, but that’s the only time he wishes he didn’t have to sing certain songs. But when it comes to his favorite songs to sing live, he does have a few.

Tim McGraw – fave songs perform live :33

“It changes all the time.  I think every artist will tell you when you get a chance to play your new stuff, that’s always fun. You look forward to that. The problem is you only have room to play a couple of new songs because during the show you might have a chance to play 20 songs. And so, the hardest thing to do is put together a set list, ’cause you’re not gonna get everybody’s favorite songs sometimes, or most of the time. And so, you just try to create an environment that everybody’s having fun in and everybody enjoys it. You know, ‘Live Like You Were Dying’ is always something that I don’t think I could ever get away from performing live and not doing, so I love doing that one. ‘Cowboy In Me’ is one I always enjoy singing live. And ‘(Where the) Green Grass Grows’ has always been one of my favorites live.”
