current single: “ONE BAD HABIT”

With almost 50 #1 songs to his name, Tim McGraw has a lot of songs to choose from when putting together his concert set lists. You would think after touring for almost 35 years, there might be one or two of those hits that Tim is a little tired of singing and would gladly retire from his set list forever, but he says that’s not really the case.

“I don’t know that there are songs that I ever get tired of playing. There are nights sometimes where some songs come up and I go, ‘Whoa, this one’s high. There’s a lot of high notes in this one and my throat’s ragged. I don’t know if I’m gonna quite make it.’ But other than that, there’s nothing I ever get tired of singing, I don’t think. But the only reason I would say that is if it was a tough one to sing and I wasn’t in voice, I guess. I mean, I’ve been so fortunate with great songs and great songwriters and being able to record great music, that I feel grateful that I’m able to sing these songs.”
