When you work out as much as Tim McGraw does, you learn how to take care of your body pre and post workout as well. One thing that is essential for Tim is stretching. He says, “I stretch before and after. That makes a big difference. You know, there’s a thing that’s an infrared sort of a heat box that you can get that takes a lot of the soreness out, as well. You’ve gotta stretch out afterwards.”
