Trent Harmon’s latest single, “There’s A Girl,” is officially his first top 20 song, and over the past eight months, he has learned exactly what it means and how much hard work goes into achieving that.  Trent says, “You can’t take it lightly, and looking back, I didn’t even really know what top 20 meant.  And now I know that it means every day waking up and not taking radio play for granted and you work and scratch just to get to where you are.”

Getting “There’s A Girl” into the top 20 is a goal realized for Trent, but now it makes him want even more.  He says, “Top 20 was actually a goal for me whenever we started radio tour on June the 15th, 2016.  That day I remember joking about, ‘Well, you know what, if we can get a song in the top 20 I’ll be happy.’  And now, you know, now you get that and it’s like, I’m not exactly happy.  I’m grateful, but now I want a little more, which is great.  It’s a game and right now we’re playing to win.”

Trent is currently working on his debut album, which he hopes to release sometime later this year.
