Tucker Beathard is spending his fall on the road with his Rock On College Tour, which means he’s having to catch his brother CJ Beathard’s games as the quarterback for the Iowa Hawkeyes however he can. Tucker says, “Last year I wasn’t able to catch as many games of my brother’s as I’d like to, but either way, I’m probably his biggest supporter and vice versa, he’s probably my biggest supporter too, cause he’s like my best friend. So no matter what, if we are driving to a show in a rental car or whatever, we’d be streaming the game live and be the biggest supporters.”
Even though Tucker and CJ’s lives have them going in different directions, Tucker says, “I don’t know how many games I’m going to be able to go to this year, but either way I’m going to watch every single one and support him and talk to him after. He calls me, I call him. We just have got each other’s backs even though we are doing totally different things.”
Tucker will wrap up his Rock On College Tour on November 12th, and then he’ll be taking his music, including his brand new single, “Momma and Jesus,” over to Europe for a three-day run in Dublin, London and Glasgow.
