(AUDIO) TUCKER BEATHARD IS WORKING HARD TO WIN OVER FANS

Tucker Beathard is spending his summer on the Somewhere on a Beach Tour with Dierks Bentley, but he’s also trying to take advantage of his days off to build his fan base.  As the opener, Tucker gets 20 minutes to play and he says, it’s tough, “but, it’s a good opportunity to just reach out to more people and just try and cram in as many songs as I can.”

Rather than sit around and rest on his days off, Tucker is trying to make the most of his time on the road by booking club gigs in between his shows with Dierks, which he’s looking forward to because he says, “(I’ll) be able to play longer sets and hopefully get some people who were at the Dierks show to come out to those too.”

It seems Tucker’s hard work is paying off, because his debut single, “Rock On,” is already in the top 15 on the charts and continuing to climb.

Tucker Beathard – own shows between Dierks  :28

“Yeah, it’s gonna be tough with the slot getting’ twenty minutes, but, it’s a good opportunity to just reach out to more people and just try and cram in as many songs as I can.  I’m looking forward to booking club and bar shows before or after a certain run on Dierks’ show and be able to play longer sets and hopefully get some people who were at the Dierks show to come out to those too.”
