Tucker Beathard is getting ready to head to Europe for three tour dates in Dublin, London and Glasgow, and he’s excited about playing for those fans, because European fans are notorious for seeking out and learning all of an artist’s catalog. Tucker says, “I respect that more than anything, you know, as an artist that’s kind of what you want. It’s about the songs and every song on an album has a certain role and if they know more songs on the album you appreciate that more because they’re digging into what you’re trying to say. And I think of albums as like books, you know, each song is like a chapter. So they’re kind of getting each chapter.”
The good news is, not only will the fans likely be familiar with Tucker’s first U.S. hit song, “Rock On,” but they’ll probably know his latest single, “Momma and Jesus,” and songs that haven’t even been released as singles, like “20-10 Tennessee” and the title track from his debut EP, Fight Like Hell.
