(AUDIO) TUCKER BEATHARD TAKES GETTING RECOGNIZED IN STRIDE

Tucker Beathard is still pretty humble when it comes to being a celebrity.  When it comes to getting recognized in public, Tucker says, “It’s not like a lot of people recognize me. I mean every now and then there’ll be somebody.”

The one thing that does crack Tucker up is when one person recognizes him and asks to take a picture, which piques the interest of other people who see it happening.  He says, “They still probably don’t know who I am but they’re like, ‘Oh he must be important. Let’s all go take a picture with them.’ People are crazy.”

Tucker is out on The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour with Brantley Gilbert, and his latest single, “Momma and Jesus” is climbing the charts, so chances are, his recognizability factor is going to be going way up.

Tucker Beathard – getting recognized  :20

“It depends.  I mean it’s not like, you know, a lot of people recognize me. I mean every now and then there’ll be somebody.  The problem is, it’s like if you’re in a crowd and all it takes is one person recognizing and taking a picture and then they see a flash. They still probably don’t know who I am but they’re like, ‘Oh he must be important. Let’s all go take a picture with them.’ People are crazy.”
