NEW SINGLE – “Better Than You’re Used To”
Father’s Day is this Sunday, and Tyler Rich doesn’t have any children of his own yet, but he is a dog dad to two elderly dogs, Abby, his husky he adopted about 15 years ago when she was just five months old, and Max, a 16-year old-ish Samoyed/husky mix, who became a member of the family in the last year. Tyler explains that when he and his wife Sabina met Max, “He was in an extremely, severely neglected situation. Could barely walk. It looked like he was basically at his last day.”
Tyler is a huge animal lover and advocate for rescue pets, and he says, “We found out about this situation, and we’re like, we can’t let this dog go out that way. So, let’s take him in. All we have is time right now, and let’s rehab Max to a good place, so his glory days, weeks, months, whatever it is, are happy.”
Remarkably, Tyler shares that Max “can walk now. He runs, he jumps, he plays. He’s like a whole new dog and he’s our family now.”
While Max may be toward the end of his life, Tyler and Sabina have made sure that his life has a definite happy ending.
