Tyler Rich co-wrote his latest single, “Leave Her Wild,” and while he would be proud to write every song he records, he says, “One thing, I like to tell people this all the time is, being a songwriter, you gotta put your ego to the side when you’re listening to outside music.”
Tyler actually learned a very valuable lesson about writing and recording songs from one of country music’s biggest stars. He says, “Garth Brooks told it to me best. He said, ‘Tyler put your ego aside. Write the best songs that you could ever possibly write, but record the best songs that you ever hear.’”
“Leave Her Wild” has been a fan favorite for a long time in Tyler’s live shows, so he is excited that it is his latest single.
