Everyone has that movie they’ve seen so many times they can practically quote every line word for word, and for Carly Pearce, hers is It’s Complicated with Meryl Streep.  She says, “I’m a huge Meryl Streep fan. I think she is amazing and … [laughs] I’m laughing even thinking about it. I can quote pretty much everything from it. My mom and I love it. It’s Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin, and their chemistry with Steve Martin is just so funny and every time my mom’s in town we watch it.”

Perhaps Carly and her mom will rack up a few more viewings when Carly gets some time off around the holidays, but for now she’s got one more weekend of shows on Luke Bryan’s What Makes You Country Tour, plus she’s working on her sophomore album, and continuing to watch her latest song, “Hide the Wine,” make its way to the top ten on the charts.
