A few years ago Zac Brown opened the Southern Ground recording studios in Nashville, and he actually revamped an old studio that came with a very rich history.
“Oh man, these walls have heard a tremendous amount of music,” says Zac. “Neil Young, Roger Miller, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Allman Brothers. There’s been some magic records recorded here and the list goes on and on.”
The Zac Brown band is happy to contribute to the ongoing history of the Southern Ground recording studios. They have a new album coming out this spring, which they partially recorded there, which will feature their current single, “Homegrown.”
