Besides working on their own music and promoting their latest single, “God, Your Mama and Me,” Florida Georgia Line is also helping to cultivate the songwriters signed to their publishing company, Tree Vibez Music. One unique thing they’ve done is set up a tour bus for their writers, which takes them out on the road to write. Tyler Hubbard says, “We bring the songwriters to the artists. So we’ve got the bus going out on tour and goin’ hittin’ festivals and different things, and you know a lot of guys that write for us and also guys that we just believe in that aren’t Tree Vibez writers. But we just try to bring a strong team out every week.”
Tyler says he and BK take advantage of the writers’ bus being out on the road and jump on whenever they can to write songs, and they invite other artists to get on board to write as well. Tyler says, “It’s kind of an open door and it’s really fun.”
